ImagineSoftware announced its certifications at the Client Conference on June 17-20.
The classes will be held at Imagine’s Charlotte NC, headquarters. Each class will span anywhere from 2-5 days. Schedules are currently being finalized, and should be announced this week.
The certification fees range from $495-$4,995 and include classroom training, materials, exam fees, daily lunch, snacks and beverages. All you need to do is factor in traveling expenses. Dexios has already acquired its block of certifications, and anxiously awaits release of the final schedule.
One of the key benefits appears to be that the ICEE individuals can go directly to Level 2 support bypassing the normal customer service rep.
Here are the four paths to certification in Imagine:
The Imagine Certified Professional (ICP)
The ICP credential is designed for users identified by the billing manager or administrator that will be considered “super users” in their organization and knowledgeable in all areas of ImagineBilling. The course focuses on the basics of ImagineBilling, features and functionality.
The Imagine Certified Enterprise Expert (ICEE)
The ICEE credential is designed for billing office managers and billing office administrators. The course includes ImagineBilling, related products, reports and dashboards. This certification provides direct
Access to Level 2 support.
The Imagine Certified Development Partner (ICDP)
The ICDP credential is designed for clients and partners that request database access. This certification is now required for database access. The course covers ImagineBilling, interfaces, SQL, Appliance,
System Maintenance, i3 and other components.
The Imagine Certified Intelligence Expert (ICIE)
The ICIE credential is designed for executives and Imagine client staff with SQL understanding. The course encompasses all ImagineBilling reporting methods, including the types of reports, build methods, design, settings and creations.
